Born and raised in Alberta, Curtis Prokopchuk has always had a strong connection to the communities he now serves as a REALTOR®. With deep roots in the province and a genuine appreciation for the people who call it home, he has built his career around helping clients make confident real estate decisions across Calgary, Edmonton, and surrounding Alberta communities.
Education and early career
Before entering real estate, Curtis studied Business Marketing at Mount Royal University and continued his education in Digital Marketing through SAIT. He began his professional career in marketing, developing a strong foundation in branding, advertising, strategic communication, and consumer behaviour.
That background continues to shape the way he approaches real estate today. From marketing homes and pricing strategies to negotiation and client communication, Curtis combines proven marketing principles with practical real estate experience to help clients pursue the best possible outcome.
A career in real estate
Curtis became a licensed REALTOR® to combine his passion for marketing with the opportunity to help people through one of life's biggest financial decisions. After joining eXp Realty, he built his business on a simple philosophy: put the client first.
He has worked with first-time buyers, growing families, seasoned investors, downsizers, upsizers, and clients relocating throughout Alberta. Every client and transaction is different, so his focus is always on understanding the goal, providing honest advice, and creating a strategy that fits the situation.

Curtis founded RE Hub, a collaborative community focused on education, mentorship, and professional development for REALTORS®. As a Certified eXp Mentor, he enjoys coaching new agents, sharing practical knowledge, and helping others build sustainable, client-focused businesses.
